Behind The Unnamed Voice
Bridging timeless biblical literature with beloved science fiction narrative archetypes.
The Creative Vision
The Unnamed Voice is a creative exploration conceived by author John A. Sterbick. Recognizing that the books of the Old and New Testaments span dozens of distinct storytelling voices—urgent action, legal analysis, poetic wonder, existential wrestling, and quiet mentorship—this project asked a novel question:
"What if modern readers could experience these ancient texts retold through the unmistakable personality of our culture's most iconic sci-fi cinema characters?"
The project does not alter theology; rather, it uses dramatic persona archetypes to illuminate the emotional tone, pacing, and human texture of each sacred book.
